Dr Nik Omar. as President of Malaysian Homeopathic Practitioner Association has visited Italy and both malaysia and Italy has made an aggrement of exchange students.
The faculty of Homeopathy Malaysia has sent it first student Dr Nik Asiah bt Nik daud to train at Universitas Libera Ospital Omeopatia at Roma, Italy in 1987
